LLP day yesterday was a big success. Everybody had a great time and all the presentations went well. I would like to thank Kayla, Jennifer, Sonya, Johari, Anie and Xavier for their great contribution to the LLP committee. The day ran smoothly thanks to them. The kids themselves were amazing; they listened respectfully and they persevered through the whole day with the same amount of energy. I know that I made some new friends within the Marlo and Orbost communities and I hope that they got something out of it. I learnt that kids have a really short attention span and that they never stop moving. So if I did it again I would keep the presentation short and to the point with a few games thrown in to keep them interested. But all in all, a very successful day.
