Today 1B went had a class called enviro bikes. This involved a drive out to an old logging coupe and then a ride back from there. The logging coupe was really interesting and I learnt a lot about how we can reduce our dependence on the forest and timber products.

From there we rode to a really cool place called Cabbage Tree Palms which is home to palm trees that are able to live in really cold conditions so we got to have a look around there. Then we rode back to campus along some roads and past some farms. In the end we rode 30kms and that was really good. Today as student leader along with Jimmy, our community goal was to start DEARR at 5pm and between 5:30 and 5:50 we would all work on our Passports. That went really well and I’ve really enjoyed being student leader today. Tomorrow we’ve got surfing which will be AWESOME!
