Photography and Surf Print

Photography

Yesterday and today core 1 (1A & 1B) and core 2 (2A&2B) went surfing and learnt how to take photos with professional photographer David Tatnall. We did these activities in our different gender groups which made it very enjoyable because we got to spend all day with our genders. First we did photography near East Cape. We learnt how to use the SLR film cameras which may seem complicated but were actually very easy and fun to use.  We took pictures of rocks, birds and beaches as well as crabs, starfish and anemone.  After lunch we swapped activities and went surfing.  Surfing was amazing at East Cape. The boys played camouflage and had a great time surfing. Overall it was a great day and we had lots of fun.
