Last Sunday we had TOAST workshops (Teach others a skill or talent). Heaps of people signed up to teach something that they love doing. Some of the skills were drawing, origami, whip cracking, Ballet, magic, drama, chilled dancing, shuffling, and ranger rolling clothes, wood chopping and music. Lots of people enjoyed and partook in these classes. After dinner that night the teachers decided that because everyone had such a good time they were going to use the most successful classes and made them the evening class for the night. Those classes were Drawing, Shuffling/Chilled Dancing, Drama and Ballet. By the end of the night I think that everyone had learned a new skill that day and looked as if they all enjoyed themselves in doing so. The toast workshops are most definitely one of the most successful activities students have organised here at SRC so far.
